Marking Scheme for Binder Post

The post of the binder under the Kerala Public Service Commission is a high rated and severely wanted job. This post not only provides job security and living standards but also ensures a number of allowances, benefits and performance-based incentives. Hence, the exam includes a number of steps that includes, the written exam, documentation verification as well as virtual interview. The KPSC exam has a wide array of subjects and the syllabus is pretty extensive, there are six sections within the question paper that include the below subjects: 

  • Malayalam/Tamil
  • General English
  • General Science
  • Mental Ability 
  • Simple Arithmetic
  • Current Affairs and General Knowledge

A wide array of sub-topics falls under each of these subject matters. The answer format is generally in the form of OMR sheets. There are a total of 100 questions where each question carries 1 mark. The total time allotted to candidates is 1 hour 15 minutes (75 minutes). The is no negative marking in case of wrong answers.
