Tripal talaq was ban in India. Triple talaq is the form of divorce where the man can give divorce to his wife by pronouncing talaq for three times. He need not to be present at the particular time. Supreme court Said that it is against the right of Muslim women so this should be banned. A bill has been passed where it is clearly mentioned that triple talaq is null and void and the culprit will be punished for three years with fine.
