In this lesson I have discussed about transformation principal given by Griffith. Griffith conducted experiments on mice and he introduced two strains of bacteria streptococcus pneumoniae inside mice . And he watched the reaction given by mice separately introducing each strain. And we will see how he concluded that there must be transfer of some genetic material from bacteria that killed mice in his one of the experiment. Thank you
