STEP 2:- THE RIGHT THINKING USE POSITIVE "AFFIRMATIONS" YES! I CAN.. ,1 CAN DO IT.. Etc CHANGE YOUR INNER SELF-TALK.. Use the word "but" after every negative thought you encounter in your mind.. Eg:- " I haven't prepared for the test" Even if I haven't prepared for the test "BUT" STILL I CAN DO IT NO MATTER WHAT..!
