hii Sunyana nice video ... I sleep @1 wakeup @6am then 2-3 km jogging ????‍♂️. I avoid :- tea,coffee ,oily junks food. what I do:- approx 5 ltr of water daily, green tea, fruits and lunch on time. All this make me free from stress
