Hi Piyush , For statements and conclusion you must check out what is been given in the statements irrespective of our own logic . Never assume or make any pre assumption .If given in the statement then go according to the statement. Going with above question Statement : All the students in my class are bright , santosh is not bright .From here the speaker is saying all his classmates are bright and going by next statement we can say that santosh is not his/her classmate why ? because he is not bright => i.e the only conclusion we can draw . Even though we know that in real time if one works hard to be bright student they can be but our logic will not matter as we have to follow what is been given in the statement . No where they mentioned in the statement that if you work hard you become bright. I hope you got the point here .

ohhh yes mam ... thanks all always.... but statement assumptions /conclusion /argument..... makes lots of confuse.... that's why how to analyse the statement is very challenging for us...
