Thanks for your feedback😊, I cannot do any changes with lessons that are already live but can add few lessons with some more questions.
I think option 'A' could also be considered because it is saying about the possibility that all the floor may be or may not be reached by lift as it taking both case so it must be true.

Hi Abhimanyu , just check out the last part of the sentence if a building has three floors then it has a lift which does not mean all the floor can be reached by lift and remember usage of words like only , All etc make conclusions not valid enough to follow the statement.I hope your doubt is cleared .
