the unit of fuel consumption is given as km per litre....so if at 45km/hr speed the km covered by bike in 1 litre is highest then that means for every km the consumption of fuel is less ...which has been asked in the question.... actually the name and unit given on y-axis are bit confusing bt I guess now that confusing if cleared.....if still you have any doubt then let me know.
