Prehistoric Age

The course discusses Ancient Indian History during the Prehistoric Era. Prehistory was one of the periods in the history of mankind where we do not find any shreds of evidence of writing. During this period, the Earth was still taking shape and the humans were evolving biologically. This period is divided into three ages- the Palaeolithic Age, the Mesolithic Age and the Neolithic Age.Towards the end of the Neolithic Age, people started using copper and bronze and this was the period of Chalcolithic Age.The Prehistoric Period lasted for a longer time and it ended around 3500-2500 BC and from this time onwards we see the evidence of relevant literary records.
