  7. CHIEF MINISTER The Chief Minister is the head of Government of each state and Union Territory of NCT of Delhi and Puducherry . A Chief Minister is directly elected by the people of State. The Chief Minister serves a 5 years term with a provision of re- election.


  8. IUDICIAL & ADMINISTRATION . The Judiciary in a state consists of a High Court and a hierarchy of Subordinate Courts The High Court occupies the top position in the judicial administration of a state


  9. MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT . After the separation of Chhattisgarh on 1st November ,2000, the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur became High Court for the successor state of Madhya Pradesh.


  10. DISTRICT COURTS . The District Courts administer justice at district level. . The highest court in each district is that of the District and Session Judge Court. The District Court is presided over by District Judge. He / She possess original and appellate jurisdiction in civil and criminal matters arising in the district.
