hello sir... videos are really good , but my only query is.. why do banks need to increase or why do they have provisions??

Provisions are like 'insurance instalment' (not exactly) for the loan or In other words, it has been taken into account to minimize the impact of upcoming NPA. Since everybody knows 100% return is impossible in real life so they coined a term like this one.
