why did world bank asked india to devalue price of rupee in order to get finnancial assistance from world bank
mam,as mentioned in table 6.1 we have BOP +61.4 this means we are on positive side...than why do we need to use our reserve to settle this. If our BOP is 0 that means we do not have any deficit or surplus ,we won't be in a condition to pay anything or get anything.Than why we are paying from our reserve when we are in surplus instead we should be paid..
