bro in exosphere the temperature is vary in day and night day there is very hot and in night the temperature is very low ... though in the exosphere there is almost vaccum we cannot feel any kind of temperature because the temperature is kinetic energy stored by the air particles.

as there is less air particle and hence the collision is also less and heat energy is not come out .. hence we can say that as pressure decrease the temperature is also decreases.
Hi Ma'am . Thank you for such awesome courses. I have a doubt...according to slide 20,lesson,class 6 summary, meteor are the shooting stars, they burn up.On the the other hand, meteorite are the ones falling on earth's surface. In this lesson,it is said that meteorites burn up in mesosphere while entering earth's atmosphere. Is it so that meteorites also get burn up before falling on earth's surface ?? Please clarify :)

See the basic difference between a meteor and a meteorite is regarding whether or not it reaches the earth's surface. Meteors are those falling craters that FAIL to reach the earth surface which means they COMPLETELY burn out in the atmosphere. On the other hand, meteorites are those that SUCCEED in hitting the earth's surface which means that they are NOT burnt out completely (although friction with the atmosphere causes burning and weathering of the materials). I hope this clarifies your doubt.
