In question 4, C is wrong on account of have (Subject verb agreement, we need singularity). In question 10, we cannot use have risen because the auxiliary (have, has, etc) is is being used for the price of food grains (which is again, subject verb agreement, we need singularity) so 'C' is correct. 'A' is incorrect because when we say 'the financial crisis' we are referring to something specific, which is not given in the question. It seems you get confused in Subject Verb agreement (SVA). Google that or I have a massive course called 30 days to better english by NL or just scroll through Unacademy SVA videos. You will find something that will help you out. Also, you don't have to compliment me on every video :) I appreciate the support. Happy studying!
