The last date for payment of the IIT JAM 2023 Registration Fee has been extended until October 18, 2022, for candidates who have already registered. The Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) take turns conducting the IIT JAM exam each year, and for 2023, it is being organized by IIT Guwahati.
About IIT JAM 2023
IIT JAM 2023 registration started on September 7, 2022. Every year, the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) hold the IIT JAM in a rotating shift. IIT Guwahati is hosting IIT JAM 2023. The Indian Institute of Technology Joint Admission Test (IIT JAM) is an annual national-level admission exam. Candidates are admitted to M.Sc (2 years), Masters in Economics (two years), Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree and other Post-Degree Bachelors & Integrated Ph.D. courses. Interested students will be offered admission to various IITs and non-IITs around the country through the Joint Entrance Test for Master’s (JAM). IIT JAM 2023 Application Form

- The registration period ended on October 11, 2022.
- Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility requirements while filling out the application form since only qualified candidates will be approved.
- During registration, applicants must upload a passport-sized picture and their signature in the format specified.
- Candidates will also have the option to make changes to their application form for a limited time.

IIT JAM 2023 Application Fee
The application cost for IIT JAM 2023 is payable online.
Payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.
In any event, the application cost is non-refundable.

IIT JAM 2023 Application Correction
Candidates will be allowed to change their IIT JAM 2023 application form beginning in the first week of November 2022. Correctional services will be made available online. It will be a one-time chance for applicants to correct any errors (if any) on their application form. The deadline for corrections is the second week of November 2022.
To edit inaccurate information, candidates must log in with their application number and password. It will only apply to certain fields; all other fields will stay unchanged.
IIT JAM 2023 Eligibility Criteria
- Before applying for IIT JAM 2023, candidates must ensure that they meet the following qualifying requirements:
- Nationality: Both Indian nationals and international nationals with an Indian degree are allowed to apply.
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized board or institution to apply.
- There will be no minimum percentage required to be eligible for the examination. The qualifying degree exams must be passed.
- Candidates who take the qualifying test in 2023 will also be able to apply for IIT JAM 2023.

How to Apply for IIT JAM 2023
While applying for IIT JAM, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the official website
- On the front page of the IIT JAM JOAP official website, click on the “registration link.”
- Fill out the application form with information such as the candidate’s name, phone number, email address, and so on.
- After obtaining the OTP, fill out the form with your other personal and educational information.
- Once all of the details have been entered, double-check the information.
- Upload your photos, signature, mark sheet, and other documents in the format specified.
- Then, pay the application cost based on the number of courses and categories.
- A confirmation page will show on your screen after the fee has been properly submitted.
- Now download and print your confirmation paper.
- Keep it safe until you need it.
