(i.e 29) . since it's average weight as not changed. so all 29 should have 35 now. so the man who have entered hr should be also 35. in hr : a man from marketing has entered as a result his nose employee goes by 1 . (i.e 6 now) so now 35 should be equally distributed about 6 member. hence it's average wage turn out to 46.33 ( please correct me )

Hi Pooja, your Interpretation of the qus is wrong i guess. There is no change in the avg age of mkg due to combined effect of mutual transfer and b/w finance and mkg and transferring of one more employee to HR.
we have two condition here : 1. mutual transfer from marketing to finanance. assuming an employee a from finance has moved to marketing . as a result of which number of people in marketing now is 19. since it was a mutual transfer one employee from marketing ( say b) must have arrived in finance whose weight should have been
