This particular collection deals with one of the most important legislative bodies in our country, which is the Parliament of India. The collection begins with the reasons as to why India has a Parliament and how it's apt for Indian conditions on an ideological basis. The collection goes on to further explain the ground rules which substitute any learning of constitutional provision, identifying reasons of a biased federal structure and the doctrine of separation of powers. 
The next lesson in this collection identifies the entities that form the Parliament, which is the President, Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. It further discusses the need for the Head of the State to be a functional part of the Parliament, the golden rules of the composition and how the Parliament's mandate extends beyond any conventional law.
