i think the constant state of motion is clear?? now coming to the 2nd part of the conclusion water, since it is in constant state of motion, what happens is that it gathers impurities in the process of recycling. For example let's say when rain falls and it goes into nearby water body by flowing THROUGH and OVER THE SURFACE it may accumulate some impurities, maybe chemical fertilizers or pesticides as examples... what I'm trying to say that due to these processes also water bodies gets polluted and since our area of concern is about water quality, that's why we should know that how can water get polluted naturally I hope u get it
