In this lesson, we raise many questions on democracy. We try to assess it's outcomes and it's effectiveness on the grassroot level. Then we take a new approach and test democracy on development parameters like legitimacy, effectiveness, resolution of conflicts, reduction of inequalities, economic development,etc., and see other democracy passes or fails in these tests.
