Need for 'human touch' in policing than ever before? Observing the present scenario, Science and Technology has drifted the nation's governance to a transition stage from people's representation (in all forms) to aiming robotization. This 'drift' is unaccompanied by the change in people's lifestyle (talking about 80Cr people living in rural India). The country faces internal security challenges more than China and Pak combined. We can't let 80 Cr or even more people to be osctracized (already knowing the repercussion of naxalism and the associated cost). We need to keep and retain people's faith in democracy and for that matter, human touch is required at every stage unless the goals of Digital India and associated missions achieved. Open to other interpretations :)

nt facing that much internal security problems as in Pak, Ind is still in process to change the way of governance towards digitalis action, it will definitely reduce the crime rate with some precautions( cyber attacks),, it will take time to digitalize country which consists 130 cr people, some urban residents also nt aware of digitalis action(migrants, labour), the awareness any govt implementations plays crucial rule, human touch means a chance to change the offenders without legal actions,

YES, definitely as a democracy, India has succeeded way beyond its neighbours despite the diversity of 130 Cr people. Be it Pak, Nepal, B'desh or Myanmar. But the internal security challenges are still lingering and we shouldn't neglect that. Human touch also considers making of legal action, besides executing it :) The question is "Human touch in policing than ever before". I feel it's required more at this transition stage than ever before. Needless to mention, digitisation paves the path for a brighter future. But before permitting it, we need to introspect "for whom it's done" and "is this the right time" ?
