  4. In this Lesson: . Mitochondria .Chloroplast . Vacuole

  5. Plant Cell vacuole cell wall cell membrane mitochondrion nucleus cytoplasm chloroplast vacuole

  6. Animal Cell: vacuole cell membrane nucleolus nuclear membrane nucleu DNA material cytoplasm -mitochondria

  7. Mitochondria Mitochondria is a double-membrane-bound organelle found in most eukaryotic organisms. . * Mitochondria are commonly between 0.75 and 3 um in diameter but vary considerably in size and structure. It is presents in both plant and Animal Cells. . The term "mitochondria" was coined by Carl Benda in 1898.

  8. Mitochondria: It is covered by to membrane in which the outer membrane is lane where the inner membrane create folded structure. . . On the surface of inner membrane some cristae are located in animal cell where in plant cell it is called Tubuli. Mitochondria has work to production of ATP in the cell which is these ATP are the source of energy so the Mitochondria is also called the "Powerhouse of the Cell" .

  9. Mitochondrial DNA Lamell Matrix granule Inner membrane Inner boundary membrane Cristal membr ne Ribosome Matrix Crist ATP synth Intermembrane space -Intracristal space Peripheral space Outer membrane Porins

  10. Chloroplast: Chloroplasts are organelles that conduct photosynthesis, where the photosynthetic pigment chlorophyll captures the energy from sunlight, converts it, and stores it in the energy-storage molecules ATP and NADPH while freeing oxygen from water in plant and algal cells. . Chloroplasts carry out a number of other functions, including fatty acid synthesis, much amino acid synthesis, and the immune response in plants. .

  11. Vacuole: Vacuole s a space tn hat s empty of oroplasm. It is present in all plant and fungal cells and some protist, animal and bacterial cells. enclosed compartments which are filled with water containing inorganic and organic molecules including enzymes in solution.
