Sex glands composed seminal vesicles which secret seminal fluid has fructose ,fibrinogen and prostaglandins.seminal fluid is 60% of total semen.prostate gland Secrets white fluid which neutralise the vagina,it is 30% of total semen. cowpers gland Secrets alkaline fluid which neutralise the vagina and male urinary track..semen is contain sperm as well as secretions of gland. In a single ejaculation 3 to 4 ml of seme is released which contain 300 to 400 sperm in which only one sperm is get fertilized.
