Male reproductive system composed primary sex organ and secondary sex organ.testis is primary sex organ and form inside the abdomen during embryonic development then it descended in the scrotum.scrotum is found in lower abdominal region made by dertos muscles.it pouch like structure divided by a scrotal septum and form scrotal sac.scrotal sac has cavity called vaginal coelome filled with hydrocoel and contain oval shaped testis.testis has layers inner tunica albuginea outer tunica vaginalis in between those tunica vascularis.inner layer formed inner foldings called testicular septum,it formed 200 to 300 lobules.each lobule has 2 to 3 seminiferous tubules.seminiferous tubules has join to forme rete testis and rete testis opens into fine duct called vas efferentia .vas efferentia is opens into epididy.mis
