SIMPLE PRESENT The sun rises in the east. He sleeps everyday after lunch. She always speaks the truth * This boy never disturbs the other students
SIMPLE PAST Used to describe . Facts . Habits . truth That held true in the past Represented as: verb ed Example: ate, slept, played, studied, etc.
SIMPLE PAST He slept everyday after lunch when he was a student. eShe spoke the truth When he was a child he always disturbed the class. . He always studied before the exam.
