Measurement of Process Variables

The Laplace Transform (LT) is useful for the study of transient responses of Linear Time Invariant Systems. Model equations are made for the systems to study static gain, rise time, settling time, overshoot and different responses. These model equations are solved using LT. So, we control the dynamics of a system that have parameters changing with time. LT transform the model from time domain to frequency domain.
