In this lesson I have discussed about first Carnatic war (1740-48) that was fought between french and English. And also we have seen that English were fighting indirectly by appealing Anwar-ud-din(nawab of Carnatic) for help . So we can see that it was the ultimate Indians who were fighting for both the sites and trying to give power to both foreign European companies. Also Carnatic war was occured due to Austrian war of succession which influenced the both power in India and lead to war.
