In this lesson we see the how Business Processes can be broadly classified into two categories, the Organizational BP which has High, Medium and Lower levels and the Operational BP which is the fourth and fifth levels of the business process. Under each of these categories, there is an explanation of how and why these process models are used for the betterment of any organization.
