In this lesson, we learn how the life cycle of business process management works and why it is important. It begins by educating us on the phases of the life cycle. The first phase is analysis, which involves the study of the environment, identification of need and definition of a requirement. Then we have the design phase which involves evaluation of potential solutions. The third phase is the implementation phase which focuses on project preparation, this is followed by the run and monitor phase, where there is execution or deployment of business processes. The last phase is to optimize, which means to keep repeating for continuous improvement.
