In Fundamental Rights, Article 21A tells that right to education between the age of 6 to 14 years is a Fundamental Rights but Fundamental duties tells is, 11th Fundamental duties which was added by 86 constitutional amendment act,2002, to provides opportunities for education to his child or ward between the age of 6 and 14 yearss. Therefore right to education is Fundamental Right or Fundamental duties.
right to education is a fundamental right for children between 6 TO 14 years and in order to ensure that it is implemented properly a duty to send children their to school is imposed on the parents and guardians
