Ashoka inscription provide us knowledge of entire history of mauryan age. It mention Ashoka's political and cultural life specially Dhamma policy. Ashoka appointed some officialand sent to his daughter and son to propogate his Dhamma. Basically Ashoka Dhamma was a code of conduct and to uplift the moral and ethical nature of his society.
