can someone explain me what is that economic integration order mean ?
it is basically an understanding between various countries to eliminate tariffs or any trade barriers enabling free flow of goods and maybe also services.... so with regard to this question, FTA is the least form of economic integration and economic union btw countries is the highest form.
8/10....................q.8 little confusing, still a doubt

if Quantitive Easing policy is taken back by US govt. means the govt. will stop to buy the open market bonds (from banks + private).....banks will increase lending rates....so foreign players in India will widraw there money from projects...as they have to bear more intrest on their loans....so...option b).....istead inflow of capital.... outflow would be there from Ind.....hence Rs. value will also depreciate wrt doller.....

Select the correct answer using the code given below: A) 1 and 2 only B) 1 and 3 only C) 2 and 3 only D) All of the above

  16. Answer- B) 1 and 3 only The U.S. Federal Reserve has announced that it would begin to gradually roll back its nine-year programme of quantitative easing (QE) The U.S. central bank resorted to QE in the immediate aftermath of the 2007-08 financial crisis in order to boost a falling economy by injecting money. Under the programme, the central bank has been buying bonds and other debt instruments from the open market since 2008. Lower demand from the Federal Reserve should cause interest rates on U.S. bonds to rise. Investors are likely to sell their other investments offering lower returns to invest in U.S. bonds. The Indian stock market, thus, has witnessed a steady outflow of foreign capital as foreign institutional investors have sold out their holdings to invest elsewhere. The rupee too has shown weakness as investors pull money out of India.

This has been replaced by a easy to administer revenue sharing model This policy also provides for marketing freedom for crude oil and natural gas produced from these blocks.
