The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post-Graduate courses (NEET PG) is conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for admission to different Medical courses like MS, MD, and PG Diploma in Medicine.

The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh will be conducting the UP NEET PG Counselling 2023. The dates for the counselling will be released soon. Candidates should register online to participate in the counselling rounds.

UP NEET PG Eligibility Criteria 2023

The eligibility criteria are given below:

  • The candidate must have an MBBS degree from a recognised institute located in Uttar Pradesh
  • A candidate who is domiciled in Uttar Pradesh and holds an MBBS degree from an institute outside located Uttar Pradesh too can apply for UP NEET PG counselling
  • A candidate who has cleared MBBS or BDS from UP is eligible for admission to the govt./ state/ private/ deemed universities
  • Candidate who is not from Uttar Pradesh and has an MBBS degree from another state can apply to private universities only
  • Candidate should have completed the compulsory rotatory internship by 30th July 2023
  • The candidate should have cleared the NEET PG 2023
