Who appoints the chairman of Rajyasabha?

Ans: The chairperson of “Rajya Sabha” is elected by the all members consisting of the electoral college of both houses of the parliament such as “rajya Sabha” and the “Lok Sabha” in addition with the proportional representation system that means every single  negotiable vote.
