Q2- I think d is right option, because in case of circular beam shear stress is proportional to radius.

Hey Nishant! I understand your cofusion. Yes I agree that in circular cross section, the shear stress os proportional with the radius. But that is the case under Pure Torsion. When t(tau) is directly proportional to r(radius). This is the variation of shear stress during Bending of beam.😊 so the answer your telling "d" wud be correct for purr torsion. But not here. Here it will be parabolic variations only. For more clarity you can visit the course on Torsion recently made by me. I hope you get your answer.
