okk...editorials too or not now?

Yeah, editorials too. Through editorials, you'll really get to know depths of issues, and shape your opinions and thereby expand your thought process. Also, keep in mind that The Hindu editorials are mostly left-winged opinionated, so try to find counter-arguments by yourself for a balanced view on a particular topic/issue.

You can read all the editorials for now, especially if you have a humanities optional. But, avoid editorials related to political issues - those are not important, eg. Who will win election? or Who said what in a rally (unless it's about the PM's speech - he tends to say several important things) etc.. Read social issues and issues having national or international interest. Articles written by former bureaucrats/diplomats are very important. Articles related to (i) Supreme Court; (ii) West Asia/ China/ SAARC nations/ USA are very important. Once the prelims are very near, you won't have time to read all the editorials; then you can focus only on the important ones. Hope this helps.

n how to make notes of hindu for long term memory
Anurag Ranjan

Yes, developing your own views will certainly take time. Just try to keep questioning yourself about pros and cons of any issue you read about. It necessarily does not mean criticizing the editorials. I myself do not make notes from newspapers because I'm very lazy. But, Deepanshu sir has made an amazing video regarding the same. thanks
mam amazing explanation it cleared maximum of my doubts
mam as you have mentioned that in sn1 polar protic solvent itself function as nucleophile so why in this pontetial energy diagram we need activation energy 2 as same has to be used as nucleophile sp why we break the bond which givs alittle hump in P.E.D
Thank u for such amazing course
