CRUISE VS IGMDP (Integrated Missile Development programme): DR.A P J Abdul Kalam on july 26,1983 Keeping in mind the requirements of various types of missiles by the defence forces, the team recommended development of five missiles systems(Agni, Akash, Trishul, Prithvi, Nag) Prithvi Missiles -SRBM (Short Range Ballisitc Missile) Prithvi is a tactical surface-to-surface short-range ballistic missile (SRBM) developed by DRDO of India
