  3. A Pronoun is a limited set of words which is used in place of a noun. Nouns are open set...there may be unlimited number of nouns. . Pronouns can replace a noun which has come before. A Pronoun can also come after the noun which it replaces. 0


  4. The Noun for which the pronoun is used is called ANTECEDENT. In some cases a Pronoun is used even without an antecedent, as in direct reference toI& II person.
