In this lesson I have discussed about permanent methods of contraception. That is called as vasectomy in male in which vas deferens is cut or tied . And in female it is called as tubectomy in which fallopian tube is cut or tied. One of the biggest disadvantage of this method is that once the couple undergone any of this procedure there will be total loss of fertility. So it is irreversible method. However its success rate is highest among all methods.
