Question no.4, according to explanation provided - Coffee Club proposes doubling of non-permanent members to make UNSC more representative... Which means answer to question number 4 should be "D", NOT "C"... What is correct - Answer provided or the Explanation ? Both could not be true at the same.time.

Didn't get any reliable source... but wikipedia does mentions that coffee club is not opposed to reform or expansion of UNSC. Coffee club is opposed to the version of reforms proposed by G4 Nations. That is to say that, Coffee club is in oppostion to G4's demand of increase in permanent members, but at the same time it wants an increment in number of non-permanent members. The thesis of coffee club is that increasing permanent members would further accentuate disparity among nations. So as of now, we can say that - Coffee club is in favour of expansion but only in the number of non permanent members of UNSC.
