Bro solvent is protic, hence no chance of SN2. As no heat is there and base is not that bulky, it is E1. Carbocation forms at -Br's position, methyl shift occurs for stability, then deprotonation takes place in a manner to form the most hyper conjugated alkene. Hence it is (2) for sure
