Sir in electrostatics we learnt that there is no charge inside the conductor but here we have charge moving inside the conductor. I don't get this.

That was electrostatics this is electrodynamics.. Overall charge is zero.. Only charge is flowing..

The word Electrostatics contains 'static', that means it is static.. i.e, it doesn't move. But here the charge is flowing

U say that in conductors the direction of flow of current is in the direction of flow of positive charges but the poditive charges do not move so how is that possible??

See it's simple... You study addition first and then subtraction.. It's human to learn that way... Now when I say positive charge is moving I only mean hypothetical positive charge... Actually electrons would travel but you can see it as a pattern of positive.. Like you have in bedaheets, that red and blue block are kept adjacent to each other, so it's a pattern of both actually..
