In this topic we are going to see about ELECTION COMMISSION Election commission is a permanent body, which is created by Article 324 of Indian constitution not an ad hoc body ( created only at the time of any need, after the completion of purpose/objects the ad hoc body will disbanded) These EC were conduct elections all over the India such as Parliament election State legislature election Office of president of India Office of Vice President of India Also election commission will not have any concerns about Panchayat election Municipalities election These two elections were conducted by state election commission
