This lesson deals with the five types of writs which a court can issue for the enforcement of the fundamental rights or a legal right. These include Habeas Corpus, Certiorari, Quo-Warranto, Mandamus and Prohibition. All the five writs can be issued either by High court or Supreme court, under article 226 and 32 respectively.
