Very nice content, I agree. Immobility of Labor Joint family culture make people lethargic and stay at home. I don't agree. This is bookish, not the reality.
Hi Mudit, The MCQ on Lok Adalat seems to be inappropriate as Lok adalat cannot be specfied as "where long pending cases are settled". Because it is a forum where cases pending in court or which are at pre litigation stage also are settled. Hence using the phrase long pending cases distorts its functions. Ref: Laximikanth chapter 35.3
sir plz also continue the daily news analysis.
Hence on Lok Adalat MCQ..option 1 is incorrect.
