@balaram : see clearly...if there had been an increase in savings in other investment types, it would have weakened the conclusion. if we go by what you are saying, it would mean that people are able to save money at least in some avenues. option 2 gives us that another possible explanation is not true.

@kashish kathuria....just see how I would eliminate option 4..if it is written that no business sector has seen growth, it still leaves a possibility that they might have remained the same, so economy might have remained the same also, instead of downturn...I hope this clarifies the doubts that both of you have....

Sir. This is regarding question no. 7, UK is no more a part of the EU after Brexit ..... Shouldn't the first statement be wrong ?

Till now UK is the part of EU..... After final settlement of business and trade terms..... they will leave EU.... probably in 2019

Brexit is still under process and will be completed in mid-2019

Until and unless the legal procedure as per the terms of EU is not completed UK will be a part of EU which is expected to be completed till the next year prelims.
