-WhatsApp Messenger is a freeware and cross-platform messaging and Voice over IP (VoIP) service owned by Facebook -India to host 2+2 talks.It is dialogue between India’s external affairs minister, defence minister and USA's Secretary of state and defence. It replaced the India-US Strategic and Commercial Dialogue. -India will sign a defence framework agreement with Rwanda which is India strategic partner in Jan 2017. Agreements on dairy cooperation, leather exports, agriculture and cultural ties also expected to be sign. -The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is a statutory body set up by the Government of India under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997. It is the regulator of the telecommunications sector in India. It consists of a Chairperson and not more than two full-time members and not more than two part-time members. -RBI say Cryptocurrency would encourage illegal transactions. And directed banks and financial institutions to freeze the bank accounts of those individuals and companies dealing in illegal trade of virtual currencies. SC sought response from the government on handling this issue.
