For the position of Financial Controller – Aspirants should hold a degree from any of the recognized universities or should hold the education qualification equivalent to CA/OCWA/CS/MBA (Finance)/SAS/JAO (JAO is an examination that is held by C&AG/CGA)
Administrative cum Finance Officer – The applicant for this post should hold a PG in any discipline or the applicant should be a graduate with a PGDM in the stream of Management.
Sr. Finance Officer – The applicant for this post should be a CA/ICWA/ MBA (Fin)/ CS/ SAS or should be a graduate in commerce with an experience of at least 6 years in the response stream of Finance.
Asst. Director (Finance) – An applicant for this post should hold a degree from a recognized university/ Institution with CA/ ICWA OR should hold a PG degree with a minimum of 60% of the marks in commerce or MBA from any of the recognized universities.
Asst. Director (Admn) – An applicant for this post should hold a degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% of the marks and should also hold a PG Diploma (Personnel/HRM/IR/Labor Law) OR Should be a PG from any of the recognized universities with a minimum of 60% of the marks. And a PG Dip. (Personnel/HRM/IR/Labor Law) or an MBA (Personnel/HRM) from a university that is recognized with a minimum of 60% of the marks.
Senior Asst. Accounts – a) An applicant for this post should hold a degree in commerce from a recognized university OR with a minimum of 60% of the marks should own a diploma in Finance.
b) OR An applicant for this post should hold a postgraduate degree in commerce from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% of the marks.
c) OR an MBA in finance with 60% of marks
Assistant – An applicant for this post should hold a degree or equivalent with a piece of thorough knowledge in computers preferably NIELIT ‘CCC’ or a higher certification.
Junior Assistant – An applicant for this post should hold a degree from a recognized university with a typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi with a piece of thorough knowledge in computers preferably NIELIT ‘CCC’ or a higher certification.
Scientist ‘D’ – a) Regular BE/B.Tech in CS or CE or IT or E and E or E and C or an M.sc in applied electronics or physics with the first class from a recognized university.
b) M.Tech or M.E in CS/ IT/ E and C/ Electronics like VLSI Design, IS, Embedded System Design (ESD), Software Engineering, AI, etc OR Equivalent with First Class Degree from any recognized university.
c) OR a PhD in CE or CS/ IT/ EEE/ Electronics/ E and IC and allied fields like Agri electronics, opto electronics, allied electronics and so on or should hold any specialization in CS/IT/EC/Electronics like VLSI Design, IS, Embedded System Design (ESD), Software Engineering, AI, etc OR Equivalent with First Class Degree from any recognized university.
Scientist ‘C’ – a) Regular BE/B.Tech in CS or CE or IT or E and E or E and C or an M.sc in applied electronics or physics with the first class from a recognized university.
b) M.Tech or M.E in CS/ IT/ E and C/ Electronics like VLSI Design, IS, Embedded System Design (ESD), Software Engineering, AI, etc OR Equivalent with First Class Degree from any recognized university.
c) OR a PhD in CE or CS/ IT/ EEE/ Electronics/ E and IC and allied fields like Agri electronics, opto electronics, allied electronics and so on or should hold any specialization in CS/IT/EC/Electronics like VLSI Design, IS, Embedded System Design (ESD), Software Engineering, AI, etc OR Equivalent with First Class Degree from any recognized university.

NIC NIELT Scientist ‘B’ Post – 56,100 to 177,500
Scientific Assistant ‘A’ Post – 35,400 – 112,400
