For the general manager post, the qualification and experience needed are
Working Civil engineering degree or comparable from either a govt college academy is the qualification needed
Experience needed
- The candidate must have significant experience in totally independent execution and surveillance number of co-high-value projects (residential as well as Commercial projects, Industrial projects, Institutional, highway construction, railways infrastructure sector, etc.). Must be well in economic and trade relations configurations, such as CPWD and FIDIC circumstances.

- At least an experience of 12 years in the real estate sector and infrastructure sector. Should have been presently focusing on a constant schedule in one of the steps below with a term of 2 years.
- Should also have managed matters commonly associated with top roles such as Trade And industry, Business Growth, Judicial settlement, Making a claim, and Consulting work with Government Departments / Agencies. Aspirants with technical knowledge will be personally preferred.
For the post of management trainee the qualification needed is:
- Full-time Bachelor of business administration postgraduate degree required Postgraduate Certificate in Administration from a state university or college, with Managerial as a major subject and a minimum of 60% minimum aggregate.
For the post of senior stenographer the qualification needed is:
- Having a graduate degree in any field will work along with that the candidate must have a typing speed on the keyboard with the speed in English has to be at least 110 words per minute and the typing speed for the Hindi language should also range between 40-100 words per minute.

- The age limit for the NBCC senior stenographer management trainee is all ranging from a candidate with a minimum age of 28 years and a maximum with an age of 45 years.

- Personal interviews will be used to determine the entry requirements. The entry requirements may start changing depending on the scope of the posting. In this particular respect, the NBCC’s judgment will be permanent.
