2. ITDC Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Details
ITDC welcomes applications for the following positions through direct recruitment:
- Title: DGM (Legal) E-4
- IDA Pay Scale: Rs. 70,000-2,00,000/-
- Number of Vacancies: 1 (UR)
- Qualification: A full-time Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized Indian university or institute.
- Work Experience:
- At least 13 years of post-qualification experience as a Law Executive/Officer in Central/State Governments/PSUs/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private Companies, etc.
(b) Executives currently working in the Government/Semi-Government/PSUs, etc., should have two years of experience in one of the scales below, i.e., Rs.60,000-1,80,000/- IDA revised E-3 level/ Rs.67.700-2,08.700/- CDA revised pay scale. OR
(c) The Executive currently working in private firms or government / semi-government / public sector / financial institutions, etc., who are not covered by the pay scale indicated in Point I above, shall be receiving a minimum CIC of Rs. 14.0 lakhs per annum for the previous two years.
- The candidate should be skilled in drafting. reviewing and executing various legal papers, pleading, offering legal advice, understanding numerous Acts, Labor laws, Statutes, and Judicial pronouncements
- Handling all types of litigations such as civil/ criminal/ service matters, arbitration/ estate matters, etc. before various judicial/ quasi-judicial forums in reputed Central/State Govt./ PSUs/ Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies/ Financial Institutes/ Private Companies and capable of briefing and instructing counsels in legal matters about the company.
- Preferred: Master of Laws/Company Secretary/Labor Laws.
3. Age Limit
Maximum age limitation as of June 1, 2022: 45 years
4. Documents Required
- Birth/Matriculation Certificate as proof of date of birth
- Professional and educational degrees/certificates (Class 10h onwards).
- All former employers’ experience certifications must provide explicit joining and leaving dates.
- Provide employment documentation Appointment letter from current employer with joining information
- Current employer’s most recent pay stub
- Evidence of having worked in the required scale for the duration stipulated in the experience of the job applied for government/public sector employees on the CDA/DA pattern.
- Private employees and those not covered by the preceding point no.6 an evidence of having worked with the required CTC for the period specified in the experience of the job asked for.
- Caste/Disability certificate, if applicable, in the specified format of the Government of India/issued by a Competent Authority.

5. General Information and Instructions
- Only applicants who fulfill the qualifying requirements may apply.
- At the interview, candidates will be expected to present authentic documents proving their qualifications, experience, and age.
- Simply applying or meeting the qualifying criteria does not provide the individual the right to be selected or shortlisted for an interview.

- Candidates are encouraged to provide CGPA/OGPA/DGPA Conversion Methodology to Percentage as applicable in the university/institute.
- Suppose the University/Institution does not have a mechanism for converting CGPA to an equivalent percentage. In that case, the equivalence is determined by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by the maximum attainable CGPA and multiplying the result by 100.
- Candidates working in government departments, public sector enterprises, and so on should upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the department in question.
- If NOC is unavailable at the time of application, a promise that NOC will be obtained before the interview must be posted.
- Candidates unable to show a NOC before the interview will be denied entry. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD will be as per government regulations.
- Only OBCs from the non-creamy layer of OBC who are on the Central OBC lists are eligible for positions reserved for OBCs and age relaxation.
- Mere eligibility does not entitle any candidate to be summoned for an interview.
- The decision of management on all matters shall be final. There will be no communication from candidates regarding the selection/interview process.
6. Selection Process for ITDC Recruitment 2022
Selection will be made based on either a written exam or an interview.
7. How to Apply for ITDC Recruitment 2022?
- Candidates must apply online at ITDC’s website: https:/fitdc.co.inl careers. Other modes of application will not be accepted.
- Applications will be accepted from 11:00 a.m. on June 29, 2022, to 23:59 Hrs on July 25, 2022. Candidates are urged to read the entire guidelines about the application procedure before registering/applying online.
- The candidate must have the following and maintain them on hand while applying online:
- Valid email address and phone number
- Before applying online, the candidate should have a scanned copy of their most recent passport photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format (size not exceeding 1 MB) available to submit. The photo should be 450 pixels (H) x 350 pixels in size (W). The signature file should be 200 pixels (H) × 600 pixels (W) in size.
- After submitting an online application, the system will produce an application form with a unique registration number and send it to the candidate’s email address. The candidate should preserve the form for future reference.
- Now, candidates are not needed to provide a printed copy of their application form to ITDC.
- ITDC will not be held liable for non-receipt of online applications or applications that are rejected owing to incorrect information provided by the candidate.
- Changes to the mailing address/email ID/category/posts specified in the online application will not be considered.
- The candidate must upload all supporting documents (age, qualification, experience, NOC, Caste certificate, etc.)
- Candidates must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) when submitting their online application (excluding applicable Convenience Fee and Taxes).
