HCL Recruitment 2022 eligibility criteria and educational qualification
The development of the Malanjkhand Copper Project’s underground mines is well underway, and we intend to hire experienced workers with underground mining experience. As a result, applications in the format prescribed are invited from qualified candidates for the following positions.
- Mining Mate Grade-I Position (T-08)
- Number of Posts: 05 (UR-4,& EWS-1)
- Pay Scale: Rs. 18280 3% -38670/-
- Education: Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Matriculation
- Work experience: 3 years in large underground polymetallic mines. 5 years of underground metalliferous mine experience
- Position: Grade II Electrician (T-07)
- Number of Posts: 03 (SC-2 & EWS-1)
- Salary: Rs. 18,180 – 3% – 37,310/-
- Education: ITI (Electrician) with four years’ experience/NCVT (Electrician) with 3 years of experience Experience in a large mechanised mine or operation industry in the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment/in operation, repair, and preservation of switch gears, control panels, and so on in substations and transmission distribution systems is required.
HCL Recruitment 2022 selection procedure
- Candidates for employment as Trade Apprentices will be chosen through a multiple-choice written test of those who have been shortlisted. If the range of applicants for all or any trade is extremely high, the company has the right to applicants for written tests. In that case, the criteria for shortlisting will be marks acquired in technical qualification.
- The applicant chosen based on a written examination must meet the physical fitness requirements for employment as a trade assistant.
- Those with better qualifications will be given no weightage.
